Returns & Refunds Policy – URNS, KEEPSAKES & JEWELLERY (Sales & Web Shop)

1. Purpose

This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out the circumstances in which [Business Name] will accept returns of goods or provide refunds to customers, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

2. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure; and

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and

Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Change of Mind

We are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, make an incorrect selection, or fail to verify product specifications prior to purchase. Any change-of-mind returns will be at our sole discretion and may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you must notify us within a reasonable time by contacting [email/contact] and providing:

5. Return Procedure

(a) All returns must be authorised by Cremations Only prior to being sent back.

(b) Goods must be returned to PO BOX 645, WYNNUM QLD 4178 in their original condition, unless faulty.

(c) Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 Business days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Exclusions

This Policy does not apply to:

Goods damaged by misuse, neglect, or abnormal use;

Goods altered or modified after purchase;

Perishable goods or items marked as “final sale” (unless faulty).
